1 Roast
1 cup vinegar
¼ cup oil
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp pepper
½ tsp Accent (optional)
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp Heinz 57
2 Tbsp Ketchup
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Put roast in crock pot. Combine all ingredients and pour over roast. Cook on low about 10-12 hours, depending on size of roast. Over night works well.
